<description>We own an RV Park (extended stay only) in the Santa Cruz Mountains in California. I have a question that concerns our park manager that claims he got injured on the job (tennis elbow) and he filed a workers comp claim against us. Our understanding is that once a claim is filed, our workers comp company (Intercare) takes over his compensation. He refuses to work at all - he is still occupying a space in our park ($550/month), won&#039;t surrender the key to the laundry coin boxes, still has our satelite receiver and high speed internet card (he plays bass guitar in a band - so this injury is obviously not caused by his work). Our workers comp company cannot give us any advice - they said to talk to a lawyer. We do not want him to return to work (we have replaced him). We sent him an invoice to pay his September rent, of course he hasn&#039;t - so we are now planning to give him a 3-Day Notice to Pay Rent or Quit. Have you any advice for us? Thank you very much,
